Eligibility for Refund
A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the enrolled course content.
Non-Refundable Items

- Downloadable resources and study materials
- Completed or substantially accessed courses
- Third-party examination or certification fees

- Reason for the refund request
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Course Cancellation
If GAPS cancels a course before it begins, students will receive a 100% refund or may choose to transfer to another available program.
